Doloex has been great relief for my severe headaches. I also suffer from severe back pain which can be very debilitating at times.This product only takes about 20 minutes to work unlike other brands.This product is natural so i have no concern of additives.2 tablets twice a day and ive had no migraines or muscle spasms.
